1. Pay Annually
   Continue to pay on a yearly basis for floral planting. This option is subject to annual price increases.
   Select 1-Year on your order form below.
2. Pay now for 2 years and lock-in pricing
   Select 2-YEARS on your order form and guarantee  no price increases for year 2—the 2025 price will be locked-in for the following year. Plus, no additional forms to fill out next year. A cost effective and efficient option.
3. Fixed Floral Fund
   A minimum investment of $3,000 in your Fixed Floral Fund means your floral arrangements
   auto-renew with no annual paperwork. We invest the funds and take care of the rest for you until funds are depleted. Contact us at flowers@barondehirsch.com or 514-735-4696, ext. 2105 to select this convenient option

All orders must be received by April 30, 2025

Please order early to ensure your flowers are planted early in the season

• Orders paid by the deadline of April 30, 2025 will be planted, weather permitting, before June 30, 2025
• Orders paid after the deadline of April 30, 2025 will be subject to availability, a late fee of $25 and will be planted after June 30, 2025

If you decide not to continue planting floral  arrangements in future years, we must prepare and plant a carpet of grass over the gravesite. There is a charge of $400 per grave for this service.

We are not liable for any damage or loss to floral arrangement resulting from an Act of God.
